The hotel offers clean and well-appointed rooms with a good size. While the modern decor and little touches were nice, the loud extractor fan and traffic noise from the motorway were drawbacks. The service varied from rude and arrogant to friendly and fabulous, depending on the staff encountered. The location is excellent for exploring North Wales, with easy access to the A55, though the quiet position could be disrupted by outside noise. The dining experience was generally good but could have had more variety and faster service. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were so nice & spacious & fresh; no area failed to sparkle, and the bathroom was amazing. The beds were very comfy, making my stay in the 'superior room' lovely with everything I needed. The service was outstanding, with the staff being so welcoming and lovely. The location was excellent for my needs, and the dining experience was fantastic with no rush at all. Overall, a great find with some minor areas to improve.
